Is your clothing Unisex?

Our T-shirts, bombers, hoodies and accessories are unisex. As a result, our clothing sizes are based on men's sizes. We usually write the model's sizes in the description to help you choose the right fit for you.

If I purchase the wrong size, am I able to get another size?

Yes, we will be happy to exchange your item for the correct sizing. Please contact us at trillax.co@hotmail.com and return your purchased item within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Items valued over $35 need to be shipped back using trackable shipping. Items need to be in their original condition and packaging, with tags and labels intact.

Refunds will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days once approved.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

What happens if I received my item and it's defective?

You will receive a full refund if the item is defective, damaged or the incorrect product. We will be happy to send you out a replacement as soon as the returned item is received and satisfy our refund policy guidelines.
