Caring for our apparel is super easy due to its durable embroidery! Unlike printed designs, embroidery doesn't peel as our designs are stitched into the garment. Our apparel guarantees longevity and easy maintenance. To maintain its quality and vibrant colors, we recommend washing it cold with like colors in the washing machine.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where Trillax is at fault, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product. Only ship the return items with trackable shipping and a photo of the receipt to ensure your return is received.

4. Refund Process
